Whether you’re brand new or experienced, our Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is the perfect place to train. Led by 4th-degree Black Belt Ray Casias, this class follows a structured curriculum designed by Ray and Rachel Casias to guide you through the entire BJJ system — one step at a time.
Each month, we focus on a specific position, exploring different techniques and options to build a solid foundation. With over 25 black belts training at TBJJA, you’ll be learning from some of the best in the area in a safe, supportive, and friendly environment.
Classes are one hour long and include warm-ups, technique, and live rolling (sparring). You’ll wear a uniform called a Gi — and if you don’t have one yet, we’ve got you covered with a loaner until you’re ready to get your own.
