Cardio Instructor

Coach Kate is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt under Rachel Casias and has been training for several years. She’s also the long-time instructor of our Cardio KickFit class, where she’s known as “Cardio Kate” for her high-energy, ever-changing workouts. Kate brings passion and creativity to every session, helping students of all levels—from parents to seasoned competitors—get stronger and more confident through movement. One of her favorite parts of the week is helping teach the kids’ Jiu Jitsu class, where the energy and enthusiasm always bring a smile to her face. For Kate, both Jiu Jitsu and fitness are powerful outlets for physical and mental well-being.
