CARDIO FITNESS

Our Cardio KickFit class is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and is hour long. This class is taught by Kate Taylor who has designed a phenomenal  program that gives results. What should you expect? Not your normal Fitness class that is for sure. Kate combines Boxing, kickboxing, weights and cardio for probably one of the most unique programs around.  what should you bring to class? WATER for sure  and comfortable workout attire.
