ABOUT: Harold Cox is a black belt and instructor at Tennessee Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy. He has been training in the art for over ten years. He is a combat Veteran. He participated in the U.S. Army Combatives Program, and is also a graduate of the Special Operations Combatives Program (SOCP). In addition to Jiu-Jitsu, Harold competed in amateur MMA and retired with an undefeated record. Harold actively trains and runs church security teams.
